PROVIDING CARE & COMPASSION
CUPE 1404 represents more than 800 long-term care staff in the Hamilton / DundasĀ / Oakville area. This includes Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs), Personal Support Workers (PSWs), recreational therapists and dietary and custodial staff.
Our members are caring, attentive and work extremely hard to give the best possible care to our residents. It is very important to us to live up to the highest standard of care and continually push for fair wages and appropriate staffing so our residents can get the level of support they deserve while living with dignity and companionship.
